מטרונום וכוונן ("האפליקציה") מופעלת על ידי בן באשה. הפרטיות שלכם חשובה לנו, ומדיניות זו מתארת בדיוק מה האפליקציה עושה — ומה היא לא עושה. יצירת קשר: metronome@benbasha.com.

מיקרופון

• המיקרופון פעיל אך ורק כשמסך הכוונן מאזין, ורק לאחר הפעלה יזומה שלכם.
• האודיו מעובד במכשיר בלבד לצורך זיהוי גובה הצליל. הוא אינו מוקלט, אינו נשמר ואינו נשלח לשום מקום. לא קיימות הקלטות.
• סגירת המסך או מעבר לאפליקציה אחרת מפסיקים את ההאזנה.

מה כן נאסף

האפליקציה משתמשת בכלי אנליטיקה סטנדרטיים כדי להבין שימוש ולתקן תקלות:

• אירועי שימוש (למשל: הפעלת מטרונום, שינוי טמפו, צפייה במסך) — Google Analytics for Firebase ו‑Mixpanel.
• דוחות קריסה ונתוני אבחון — Firebase Crashlytics.
• מזהי מכשיר אקראיים (מזהה התקנה של Firebase ומזהה אקראי של Mixpanel) — אקראיים, ייחודיים לאפליקציה, ומתאפסים בהתקנה מחדש.

המידע אינו מקושר לזהותכם, אינו משמש לפרסום, אינו נמכר ואינו משותף עם גורמים מסחריים. Firebase ו‑Mixpanel פועלים כספקי שירות בלבד.

מה לא נאסף

אין חשבונות משתמש. איננו אוספים שם, כתובת דוא"ל, אנשי קשר, מיקום, תמונות או כל מידע אישי אחר. אין באפליקציה פרסומות ואין מעקב בין אפליקציות.

רכישות

רכישת Pro מתבצעת ישירות מול Apple App Store או Google Play. איננו מקבלים או שומרים פרטי תשלום. סטטוס הרכישה נשמר במכשיר ומאומת מול החנות.

מחיקת מידע

מזהי האנליטיקה אקראיים ומתאפסים בהסרת האפליקציה. לבקשות מחיקה או לכל שאלה: metronome@benbasha.com.

שינויים

עדכונים למדיניות יפורסמו בעמוד זה עם תאריך עדכון.

Privacy Policy

Metronome & Tuner ("the App") is operated by Ben Basha. This policy describes exactly what the App does and does not do with your data. Contact: metronome@benbasha.com.

Microphone

The microphone is active only while the tuner screen is listening, and only after you start it. Audio is processed on-device for pitch detection only — it is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. No recordings exist.

What is collected

Standard analytics to understand usage and fix crashes: usage events (Google Analytics for Firebase, Mixpanel), crash logs and diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics), and random app-scoped device identifiers (Firebase installation ID, Mixpanel distinct ID) that reset on reinstall. This data is not linked to your identity, is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared beyond these service providers.

What is not collected

There are no user accounts. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or any other personal information. The App contains no ads and performs no cross-app tracking.

Purchases

The Pro purchase is handled entirely by Apple App Store / Google Play. We never receive or store payment details. Entitlement is verified against the store.

Data deletion

Analytics identifiers are random and reset when you uninstall the App. For deletion requests or any question: metronome@benbasha.com.

Changes

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised date.
